Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please keep in mind that your financial institution or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. Customers are responsible for purchasing a return label for items that are not damaged or simply not liked.

Order Cancellation

Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges when the item is in its original and correct condition. Please note that the delivery cost for returning the item to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.
Non-returnable Items
Multiple orders of similar products in various sizes will not be eligible for the return and exchange process to avoid misuse of our policy. Items without their original tags or that have been returned more than 24 hours after shipping are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
